Surface Activation Powder for Electroplating

ZF 304 is a solid alternative to liquid acids, used for activating metal surfaces prior to electroplating. It is easy to store and handle, making it a safer and more convenient option.

This etching salt is suitable for activating precious metals, non-ferrous metals, and their alloys such as copper and brass.

Usage Instructions:

• To prepare 1 liter of ready-to-use solution, dissolve 30 to 50 grams of ZF 304 in water

• Immersion time: 10 to 30 seconds

• Optimal temperature: 18–25°C
